Hotel Europa consists of three connected buildings with various room options. The small double room in the Europa Annex * * features a shower and WC, cable TV, free W-LAN, a guest safe, and a hair dryer. Some double rooms have a south-facing balcony. A spacious double room includes cable TV with radio. Select double rooms feature a gallery with two additional single beds. Suites offer a separate bathroom with a twin bath jacuzzi, twin washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetics mirror. A small single room includes a shower and WC, hair dryer, guest safe, cable TV with radio, free W-LAN, bathrobe, and towels. Bathrobes are available in some double rooms. Some rooms offer views of the inner courtyard, and twin rooms may include a balcony with mountain views. All rooms include heating, a sitting area, ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and parquet floors.

Hotel Europa's team, led by chef Jean-Marie Broquard and host Sebastian Bumann, offers meals typical of the region. Guests can enjoy hearty meat dishes with pasta, also served in the fondue pan, not only cheese fondue. The wine selection and handpicked spirits provide an array of tastes. The hotel offers a 3-course evening menu, including vegetarian options, available for advance booking at CHF 35 (children CHF 22.50). A half roast chicken is available for CHF 24.

Hotel Europa features a modern SPA area with a Jacuzzi, 2 saunas, 2 steam baths, an infrared cabin, and a relaxation area. The wellness area is located in the basement between the two buildings. Access to the spa area is free and open daily from 3pm to 7pm. Hotel Europa cooperates with the Aqua Allalin, offering an alpine wellness oasis with various saunas, baths, experience showers, relaxation rooms, a 25-metre indoor pool, a children's pool, and an adventure slide. Hotel Europa is a 40-minute drive from Sankt Niklaus and 75 km from Sion. Saas-Fee is a car-free resort. Visitors traveling through Switzerland from the north can benefit from a one-hour reduced travel time after the opening of the Lötschberg base tunnel. To reach the glacier village in the Saas Valley by public transport, take the train to Visp or Brig, then transfer to the 'yellow post bus,' which departs every half hour to the terminus at Saas-Fee. The Saas-Fee car park is at the village entrance. Hotel Europa provides a free shuttle bus service to the ski slopes during winter months.
